NP Logistic has formed and NOVA POSHTA has delivered 936 free «Health Boxes» - protective antiviral sets, - to united territorial communities (UTC) all over Ukraine.
The project was funded by the EU representation in Ukraine and 5 EU member states. The purchase and delivery to NP Logistics warehouse were carried out by the International Charitable Foundation «Caritas Ukraine».
«During the pandemic, we are working closely with charitable organizations so that all Ukrainians have immediate access to modern means of protection against the disease. This project is implemented by the order of one of the largest and most authoritative charitable foundations - «Caritas Ukraine» with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and EU countries. Last week, special sets with medical supplies were formed and sent to 936 united territorial communities of our countries», - Andrii Nesterenko comments, CEO of NP Logistic.
Employees of NP Logistics warehouse formed «health boxes» with the following contents in each set:1. Protective masks2. Nitrile gloves3. Disposable napkins4. Hand sanitizer5. Surfaces/spaces sanitizer6. Protective suits7. Infrared contactless thermometer8. Protective glasses9. Respirators FFP3
«This initiative certainly provides very important support to the united territorial communities in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Every set contains the essentials. These packages will be a major help to doctors in the fight against the consequences of the pandemic», – Andrii Vaskovich noted, President of Caritas Ukraine.
On May 21, the NP Logistic fulfilment center was visited by the Head of the EU Mission in Ukraine, Ambassador Matti Maasikas, and the Head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba to officially launch the process of forming health boxes.
The project is implemented within the framework of the «U-LEAD program with Europe». The «U-LEAD program with Europe» is international and financed by the EU Representation in Ukraine and 5 EU member states (Germany, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Estonia).
